The following model shows an overview of fundamental areas we work on together in a coaching relationship. Whether your focus is Personal Leadership (leading yourself and your own life) or Relational Leadership (leading others), this model reflects the starting point of all effective leadership coaching: YOU, the individual.

We work together to create transformation in three fundamental areas critical to leadership effectiveness: (1) Influence (Meaningful Relating), including how you are relating to other people, your work, and situations you are facing; (2) Identity (Authenticity), who you are and are becoming as a leader and how you are showing up; and (3) Impact (Generating Value), your ability to generate value for self, others, company, and world. 
 
Leadership Coaching - The Fundamentals

Initially, we'll spend time co-creating a dynamic coaching relationship built on trust, respect, and freedom of expression. We'll design a constructive learning environment that will include your Personalized Coaching ProgramYour coaching program will be based who you are as a person, the goals you have as a leader, and the current challenges you are facing in your leadership. 

In service to your leadership and developmental goals, becoming more effective as a leader basically involves learning a "new language" (e.g. distinctions, beliefs, ways of perceiving...) and engaging in "new practices" that allow you to master the living of this new language. As you engage in practices, the new learning literally begins to live in your mind, emotions, and body - and YOU transform as a leader!

As you move through your customized leadership coaching program, your life and leadership begin to open up to new possibilities. You find yourself becoming more effective and impactful in relating to others, handling your everyday leadership activities, inventing new possibilities, and achieving new results. This will create a higher level of effectiveness and influence in your leadership that will carry forward to those you lead.
