Our approach is to thoroughly understand your situation, your challenges, and your desired objectives in order to provide you with customized learning and coaching experiences that are on-target and provide optimal and sustainable results over time. Although we do focus on "the fundamentals" of excellence, the manner in which we present these fundamentals, including follow-up reinforcements varies based on your unique situation and objectives.

An Ontological approach to human development and change directly addresses a person's "way of being" in the workplace and world. Specifically, it includes the domains of language, emotions/moods, and the body in the learning and coaching process. By working with all three domains, a deeper and real transformation is made possible not just in performance, but in how the person defines and interprets their self, others, their work, and the world around them. The results are transformational and greatly enhances one's leadership, health, and ability to serve others. Integral Theory and Practice brings a broader perspective to The WOW! Movement, allowing it to be more effective and sustainable in the long run.
