Leadership Team Coaching

Leadership Team Coaching is a facilitated group process with the intention of maximizing and focusing the combined energy, experience, and wisdom of the individuals who participate.

In the context of The WOW! Movement™ offering, your coaching group would be a team of leaders or employees committed to mastering the fundamentals of excellence in leadership, performance and customer service. The primary objective of the group is to create a Conscious Culture of Excellence (a "Culture of WOW!") within the leadership team itself that will then transfer into the organization through their leadership. 

Leadership Team Coaching facilitates:
